Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 23, 2026

Tagless ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data Stored on Your Device

All of your personal data — including wardrobe items, clothing photos, laundry history, machine settings, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers.

Subscription and Purchase Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you subscribe, RevenueCat processes your purchase through Apple's App Store. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user ID and purchase receipt to verify your subscription status. We do not have access to your payment details — these are handled entirely by Apple.

Camera and Photo Library

The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to photograph clothing items and care labels. Photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server.

Analytics and Tracking

We do not collect analytics, usage data, or any form of tracking information. We do not use any third-party analytics services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties, except as described above for subscription management through RevenueCat and Apple.

Data Deletion

You can delete all of your data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app also removes all associated data.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
